Formation Kids
A safe and fun environment where your kids will be well cared for & loved.
Security
First, every one of our amazing volunteers is willingly background checked and then trained on-site to care for your kids. Only our volunteers are allowed in Formation Kids and every child is checked in and out every week. So you can rest assured, they are safe with us. Please note that due to our space layout, Kids checkin closes at 10:25a so make sure you arrive and check your kids in prior to 10:25a.
Structure
We provide structured childcare for infants and toddlers, as well as age-appropriate programming for pre-school through grade school children. Volunteers will often bring your older kids down to a reserved spot in the worship service where they can sing along and join us for worship. Then they’ll head back up for their own teaching, art and play time.
Teaching
We believe the Bible is one overarching story of God’s plan to provide healing relationship with Him by the power of His Holy Spirit through His Son, Jesus. We use a curriculum called The Gospel Project that helps us teach this story. Here’s a brief overview video of what your kids will be learning:
